KenanDB is a curated repository of biological network datasets in various organisms and physiological contexts that meet the following criteria:

All interactions have been identified experimentally (e.g. Y2H assays for PPIs).
All interactions are direct and physical.
If a significance score is available, only interactions with strong evidence are included.
